Motely Crew in My Fridge

A head of cauliflower, a package of Canadian Bacon, a few eggs, and some cheese.  I love finding a recipe that incorporates a motley group of ingredients leftover in the fridge.  This one was a nice surprise a combination of quiche and souffle with virtually no hassle. This is a great one-dish meal for breakfast or brunch this weekend.
